Blueberry Cake

1¾ c flour
2 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
½ t salt
2 T shortening
1 c sugar
1 egg
¾ c milk
1½ c floured blueberries
sugar for topping

Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl and set aside. Cream shortening and sugar, then add egg. Add milk alternately with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Sprinkle top with sugar just before baking. Bake in a 9×9 pan at 350° for 30 min, or until done.
