2-3 ripe avocados
half a loaf rustic bread
garlic clove
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
crushed red pepper
Throw eight slices of bread on the grill. When they begin to take a char, remove from grill and rub one side of each slice with a cut clove of garlic. Layer the toasts with avocado slices, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, and finish with a sprinkling of sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes.
