Jo’s Bad Memory Cheat Sheet

Boiled chicken: season w/ S,P, Onion powder. Cover w/ water, boil. Cover; simmer 15 m.
Brussels Sprouts: 25 m. at 375°
Chicken Parm: 25 m. @ 450°. Add cheese, + 5 m.
Corn (micro): 2 ears, nuke 4 min (then cut off bottom)
Corn (boiled): Boil H20, add corn & 2 T butter, 15-20 m. on med heat
Eggs (HB-Instant Pot): 1.5 c water. High pressure 6 m. Quick release; eggs to water bath
Filet Mignon: (135 final temp) Sear 4 min. Flip, oven 6 m @ 425°. Rest 5m.
Green Beans (steamed): In basket w/ H20; bring to boil. Cook 7 m.
NY Strips: Sear 1 m/side in EVOO & butter. In 400° oven 9-13 m (130°). Rest 5.
Potatoes (roasted): 20-25 @ 425° (OO/S&P)
Potatoes (mashed): boil 20 m.
Spaghetti Squash: 40 m @ 400°
Cocktail Sauce: ½ c ketchup, ½ T Worcestershire, ½ t horseradish, ¼ t lemon juice

Other
Sourdough feeder: 1 c flour, .5 c water
Rice cooker: 1 part rice, 2 parts water
Coffee pot: 5 scoops coffee, 6 water in carafe
