Jean Butler’s Macaroni Salad

frozen cheese tortellini
broccoli cuts
carrots, shredded
Vidalia onion, chopped
Good Seasons Italian dressing
olives, sliced
pepperoni stick, cut up
mozzarella cheese, sliced
celery, chopped
optional: artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, garlic slivers

Abby suggests the following for amounts: ½ pkg tortellini, cooked and drained; ½ c broccoli, steamed until just tender; ¼ c each carrots, pepperoni, onion, celery, and olives; 3 T dressing; ½ c mozzarella.
