Use Basic Meatball Recipe to form loaf in 7×11 pan. Arrange canned, sliced, plum tomatoes on top of loaf. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

Nana’s 1971 Agro-dolce
2½ c chicken livers, cook in pan with 2 T of oil, and salt to taste. Cook slow for ½ hr then add vinegar to cover livers and add a little over a cup of raisins, 2 c sugar. Cook until thick, put on toasted bread and cut as you wish. Let cool a little.
