2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
¼ lb butter, softened
1 c flour
salt to taste
48 pimento stuffed green olives
Blend cheese and butter until smooth; add butter and salt and mix well. Wrap a bit of dough around each olive, rolling well in hands to seal. Flash freeze and store in freezer bag. Bake at 400° for 18–20 minutes. (15 minutes if not from frozen). Can add a small dash of paprika or cayenne to the dough if you’re feeling saucy.
