½ c mayo
1 T sugar
1 T vinegar
1 head broccoli
½ lb bacon, cooked crisp
¼ c raisins
Sliced water chestnuts
Blend mayo, sugar, vinegar. In large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, bacon and water chestnuts. Pour mayo mixture over and toss lightly. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
