Homemade Grape Juice

About 10 lbs grapes
1 c water
3 lbs sugar

Heat grapes and water in a saucepan until pulp and stones separate. Strain through jelly bag or cheesecloth. Add sugar to juice and heat to boiling. Freeze or bottle. Makes about 1 gallon. Dilute with equal amount of water before serving. (Someday I want to experiment using less or no sugar and add other fruit juices instead).

Call Connie if you need any grapes. This is delicious!
