Chopped onions
Fresh bread cubes (or semi-shredded by hand), not crumbled
Melted butter in warmed milk
Salt & pepper
*¼-inch cubed cheddar cheese pieces
For stuffed pork chops:
Brown chops, place stuffing without cheese on top of chops — covering all over — bake at 350–375° for 30–45 minutes.
For stuffed vegetables:
Hollow out cavities of zucchini or peppers and fill with stuffing mixture with cheese mixed in. Bake. Could add a little tomato sauce over the tops? I often add a small amount of water in baking dish so that food doesn’t dry out.
