Rosemary Chicken

Few t olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb boneless chicken breast
Salt and pepper
White wine
Rosemary

Sauté garlic in oil. Add chicken in small pieces. Salt and pepper (kind of a lot). Brown, turn, salt and pepper the other side, about 10-15 mins total for both sides. Add wine, covering the bottom of the pan. Add 5-6 springs rosemary. Heat down to simmering, adding wine as it cooks down. Turn, coating chicken, about 5 minutes for small pieces.
