½ qt sliced mushrooms
1 c minced onion
¼ lb butter
1 t marjoram
½ t thyme
1 t chopped parsley
⅛ t salt
⅛ t pepper
½ lb feta cheese
¼ lb ricotta cheese
½ lb filo pastry
Preheat oven to 350°. Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter. Add herbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Brush butter in bottom of baking pan. Place a filo leaf in pan, brush with butter. Repeat until ⅓ of the filo is used. Spread filling. Repeat layers of filo until all is used. Bake until golden on top.
