Blueberry Muffins

1⅔ c flour
2 t baking powder
½ t salt
½ c sugar
¾ c milk
⅓ c Crisco oil
1 egg, eaten
1 c blueberries

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix milk, oil and egg, and add enough to flour mixture to wet the dry ingredients. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in 1 heaping cup blueberries. Fill greased muffin tins ⅔ full. Sugar on top optional. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400°.
