⅓ c celery, chopped
⅓ c onion, chopped
1 T butter
1 beef bouillon cube
½ c water
2 c milk
1 1-lb can cream style corn
Sauté, but do not brown, celery and onion in butter. Simmer bouillon cube in ½ c water. Add to celery and onions and cook until onions are done. Add milk and corn to mixture and simmer 15 min. Season to taste.
