8 oz egg noodles
½ c mayonnaise
1 16-oz can salmon
1 pkg frozen green beans (or a can)
1 can mushroom soup
½ c milk

Cook noodles. Drain. Add mayonnaise to cooked noodles, and put in bottom of casserole Drain salmon and mash with fork. Cook beans, drain, and spread on top of salmon. Dilute soup with milk and spread over all. Bake at 375° for about 30 min. Five minutes before serving, top with sliced cheese and brown. Note: Harriette writes that she also adds chopped onions to the cooking noodles.
