HH1 Rich Chocolate Sauce Posted by Joanna LeRoy on November 27, 2017November 13, 2022 ½ lb German sweet chocolate ¼ c water ¼ c sugar ¼ c cream (20% butterfat) Melt chocolate, water, and sugar in a double boiler over hot water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Blend in cream. Serve hot or cold. Makes 1 c.
