Sarah’s Mashed Potato Recipe

10 lbs russet potatoes
3 sticks butter (1½ c)
16 oz Tofutti or cream cheese
1 c (plus) half and half
1–2 t salt
1–2 t pepper
Bookbinders hot horseradish mustard to taste

Serves 16-20
