Chocolate Syrup Cake

1 stick oleo
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1¼ c sifted all-purpose flour
¾ t baking soda
½ t salt
1 1-lb can Hershey’s chocolate syrup
1 t. vanilla

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour and baking soda, and add alternately with chocolate syrup. Blend in vanilla. Bake at 350° in a 13×9-inch greased, floured pan for 35-40 minutes.
