Mimi’s Doughnuts

2 eggs, beaten well
1 c sugar
1 c sour milk
1 T melted fat
about 2 c flour
1 t soda
1 t baking powder
1 t cream of tartar
1 t nutmeg
¼ t ginger

Mix into batter. Add as much flour as needed. Roll dough out; cut with doughnut cutter. Deep fry in Crisco.
