Toasted Open Face Cheese Rounds

2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened ½ lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated) 1 egg 2 loaves sliced bread or already bought bread rounds (use a small cookie cutter for bread rounds) Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with egg. Place small amount on bread rounds. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Watch carefully.
